Lesson Bot is a private automation used by Thaddeus Arndt Music to reply to comments on its own Instagram account. It is not offered to other businesses and has no user accounts.
When someone comments a keyword (such as “LESSON”) on a post from the Thaddeus Arndt Music Instagram account, Instagram notifies this service. The service then sends that commenter one direct message containing a piano-lesson booking link, and posts a short public reply on the comment.
Instagram sends the comment text, the comment and post identifiers, and the commenter's Instagram username and Instagram-scoped ID. This information is used only to decide whether to reply and to address the reply to the right person.
Nothing is stored in a database. The service holds the notification in memory only for the moment it takes to send the reply. Standard hosting request logs, kept by our host (Vercel) for a short retention period, may briefly contain this information for debugging purposes.
Data is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than replying to the comment. There is no tracking, profiling, or advertising.
Because nothing is retained, there is no stored profile to delete. To stop receiving messages, delete your comment or block the account. Requests about data handling can be sent to thaddeusarndt14@gmail.com and will be answered within 30 days.
